The majority of our work is through personal recommendation & repeat business from clients. The variety is immense - main residences & second homes in UK town & country, city pied-à-terre apartments & European second homes.

We are only interested in high standards of workmanship, quality of goods & excellent service to our clients.

Budgets - estimates are prepared for all items selected by the client & the labour costs for each brief & then amended as required to comply with the client's budget before any orders are placed or labour organised.

Commencement & Completion Dates - we liaise with each client to discuss a suitable commencement date & then, having looked at the timescale required for the complexity of each brief, we agree a completion date.

Ordering of all items, organisation of the labour force & daily, on site supervision are critical factors to achieve the completion date & we really do "pull out all the stops" to complete on time.
